Returns

We want you to be happy with your North & Field purchase. If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and the items you wish to return. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be returned in their original condition and should only have been handled as necessary to check their size, fit and condition. We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from a refund where goods have been damaged or used beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect them.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund without undue delay and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Where required by law, the refund will include the original standard delivery charge.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
